Purposes and legal basis

To answer your request, prepare a quote and perform the requested service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Recipients

Translators, interpreters and partners involved in your case, bound by confidentiality; technical providers processing data on our behalf (Infomaniak hosting, Google Workspace email). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Data relating to orders is kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.

Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to info@abc-office.eu. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
